Hello, I'm Shelley Jones.
As a qualified Counsellor, with lived experience of many of the issues I too accessed counselling support for, I am able to offer genuine empathy to my client's, from a deep-rooted place of understanding.
I can assure you I am passionate about my work and offering effective support to others on their journey.
Effective counselling sessions can only happen if the client - counsellor relationship is formed and facilitated to grow. Only then can the client truly feel comfortable in being vulnerable within the safety of a session. I therefore offer all new clients a free 20 minute consultation, prior to the commencement of any paid sessions, to enable them to establish if they would like to commence work with myself.
During our counselling sessions I will offer you a private, safe, non-judgmental space to enable you to explore any difficulties you may be experiencing and your emotional connections to these. This will assist you by empowering you to discover your own solutions within a supportive environment.

- Inclusive; I can also offer home visits for disabled client’s that may wish to engage in 1-1 sessions, rather than working remotely (nominal fee for mileage, can discuss during initial free consult)
